AsianPM Admin Privacy Policy

Purpose
AsianPM Admin is an internal operations dashboard for approved staff and administrators. This policy explains how the admin dashboard handles information used for staff authentication, access control, security, audit, support review, and operational monitoring.
Google Sign-In Data
When you sign in with Google, AsianPM Admin uses Supabase Auth to authenticate your Google account. We may receive basic account information such as your email address, name, profile identity, and authentication provider identifier. We use this information to confirm whether your email is approved for admin access.
Information We Store
We may store staff allowlist records, staff identity mappings, role information, active or disabled access state, login records, screen-access records, and administrative audit events. Future operational pages may also display support, transaction, sync, server, provider, and recovery records needed for authorized staff work.
How We Use Information
We use admin dashboard information to authenticate staff, authorize access, protect the platform, investigate operational issues, support users, maintain audit trails, monitor system health, and recover or review administrative workflows.
Google User Data Limits
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google Workspace data for this admin dashboard unless a future feature is separately reviewed and approved.
Sharing And Access
Admin dashboard information is available only to authorized AsianPM staff, service providers, or systems that need it for security, operations, infrastructure, compliance, or support. Service-role credentials and private operational data must not be exposed to browser code or public users.
Retention
Staff, access, and audit records may be retained for security, compliance, and operational review. Retention periods may vary by record type and may be adjusted as the admin backend matures.
